At least one author for every accepted paper is required to be registered for the conference for that paper to appear in the proceedings and be scheduled for presentation. Participating members may register as per the following charges:

Registration fee includes the following:
Individual Certificates for all the Authors
Softcopy of Conference Proceedings
ID Card and Lanyard
Conference Pen and NotePad
Conference Presentation and Networking Opportunity
Publication of 1 accepted paper in the proceedings.


How to Register
Online Registration
Delegates can register online for ICSADL, using a secure credit/debit card payment site. Please note final documents without payment will not be accepted.


Camera-Ready Submission Set

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
In the event that an individual who has already registered for the ICSADL Conference wishes to cancel, for whatever reason, a full refund of the registration fee will be provided as long as the individual provides written email notification to no later than 40 days before the beginning of the conference.  A 50% refund of the registration fee will be provided if the individual provides written notification (again, email is fine) to between 30 and 25 days in advance of the beginning of the conference.  Requests for refunds less than 20 days before the beginning of the conference will not be considered.  Refunds will be provided within 30 days after the conference event.

All authors mentioned in the article at the time of submission must sign a consent letter for the withdrawal request.
